4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take 24 to 72 hours to become active.

5. Shipping Address

  • RicheLips is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date.

  • Proof (photos) may be required.
